I participated in the student fashion show at The Illinois Institute of Art - Chicago, and imagine my surprise to find that the show, and my Feathered Femmes collection, were featured in a large full color photo in the article "Co-Ed Couture" in the Chicago Sun Times!
My designs featured re-purposed fedora feathers in red and black, with specs of gold, against black pleated chiffon and artfully gathered and tucked tulle, against a backdrop of deep burgundy red crepe back satin.
